- At Permesty, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, email us at (support@permesty.com) with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
- Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items
